The focusing ring is pretty much self explanatory. Rotating the ring left or right brings your image into focus.
Most cameras have a split screen range finder. When looking through the viewfinder, there is a circle split in half.When focusing with one of these spilt image range finders, you turn the Focusing Ring until the two halves of the subject perfectly coincide, forming a crisp image.
